1. Who this App is for

The App is intended for business partners (customers / suppliers) who have been given login credentials by their company administrator. It is not directed at children under 13.

2. Information we collect

• Account credentials — username (often customer code) and password, used only to authenticate you.
• Business profile data — name, contact details, and related partner records already stored in the company's ERP system.
• Transaction data — rental bills, service requests, outstanding amounts, payment status, and related documents you view or submit in the App.
• Payment information — when you pay online, payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive payment confirmation identifiers; we do not store your full card or UPI secrets on our servers.
• Uploaded images — optional payment proof / screenshots or service-related photos you choose to attach.
• Device tokens — push notification tokens so we can send bill, service, and alert notifications if you allow them.
• Technical logs — limited server logs (e.g. IP, time, error diagnostics) for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate and secure your partner account
• Show bills, services, and dashboard information from your company ERP
• Process and confirm payments you initiate
• Send optional push notifications about bills and service updates
• Prevent abuse (including reCAPTCHA on login) and troubleshoot issues

4. Permissions

• Notifications — to deliver alerts (optional; you can deny)
• Photos / media library — only when you attach a payment screenshot or service photo
• Internet — to connect to erp.intixus.com and payment services

The App does not request precise location, contacts, microphone, or SMS access.

5. Sharing

Your data is processed for the company that invited you (tenant ERP data). We may use service providers such as hosting, Google reCAPTCHA, Expo / Firebase-related push delivery, and Razorpay for payments. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention & security

Data is retained as needed for the business relationship and legal obligations of the company operating the ERP. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access is protected by authentication and transport encryption (HTTPS).

7. Your choices

• Deny or revoke notification permission in Android settings
• Avoid uploading photos if you do not wish to share images
• Request account deactivation via your company administrator or by contacting us

8. Children

The App is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published at this URL.
